Something very special happened today… I’m bac $Something very special happened today… I’m back running again🥹 7 weeks ago I got diagnosed with 2 stress fractures in my left foot. I could barely walk anymore and have been on crutches for 5 weeks. It was definitely not the way how I wanted to end the year 2022 and it made me absolutely miserable. Two weeks ago I got the green light to slowly start walking (well relearn walking😂) and cycling again. That was already a big relief…Now 7 weeks later I got the permission to slowly start running again. Of course I was freaking out and over the moon, but at the same time I was absolutely terrified as well…scared of damaging something again…scared of getting pain again…but all in all scared of putting so much load on my foot again. So anxiety was rushing through my body before my first running today. So after the first steps I bursted into tears (happy tears, tears of relief - as you can see on the pictures😅), because I felt that everything was fine:) Thanks to my family and friends and of course @physiopound for getting me back on 2 feet again:) . #backagain#comeback#keepgoing#stressfracture#running#happy#austriandutchsiblings$
